1. Shipping Times & Costs

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days – €6.95.
  • Germany & France: 3-5 business days – €7.95.
  • Other EU countries: 4-7 business days – €9.95.
  • International: 7-14 business days – depending on the country and carrier.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.

3. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@monleomilano.nl.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
