These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Mon Leo Milano and to every agreement concluded between you as a consumer and us as a webshop.
Article 3 – Product range
Mon Leo Milano sells hair care products such as pomade, beard oil, and anti-hair loss shampoo. The products are intended exclusively for personal use.
Article 4 – Orders and shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed between Friday 5:00 PM and Saturday 2:00 PM will be shipped on Saturday.
Orders placed after Saturday 2:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.
Article 5 – Prices, shipping costs and payment
All prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Article 6 – Return policy
Due to hygienic reasons, products cannot be returned. Have you received an incorrect or damaged product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@monleomilano.nl.

Mon Leo Milano is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the products. The consumer is responsible for checking the ingredients for possible allergies. In case of doubt, always consult a doctor or specialist.

Complaints can be sent to info@monleomilano.nl. We will respond within 3 working days and look for a suitable solution.

We process personal data in accordance with current privacy legislation (GDPR). Data will only be used for processing orders or – upon registration – for marketing purposes.
Article 10 – Changes to the terms and conditions
Mon Leo Milano reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and will apply immediately to new orders.
